Guidewire - Business Analyst

- Experience wrokingon Guidewire projects Requirement elicitation - the ability to discover, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders using a variety of methods

- Requirement analysis - the ability to understand requirements and trace them back to business outcomes

- Business architecture/Service design - the ability to discover and document the end-to-end architecture of a process or system and the relationships between them

- System expertise - the ability to analyse and understand both data and technology solutions at a detailed level to interpret and interrogate technical requirements such as APIs and data migration

- Technical translation - the ability to identify system enhancements, determine development impact
demonstrating knowledge in systems, processes, and data, Technical issues - the ability to provide hands on support and subject matter expertise, as needed to identify, contain, and correct system deficiencies

- Provide technical expertise to drive value in delivery teams and supporting the BA team as a function

- Work with initiative managers to plan initiatives and work streams and agree BA deliverables.

-Provide updates and reports on the progress of BA work.

- Coach and train BA colleagues.

- Provide subject matter expertise on feasibility of initiatives and proposed solutions.

- Adhere to CoE standards and take a lead on reviewing and updating those standards.

- Discretionary line managementresponsibilities foranalysts when required.
