Job Description
- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the supervisor s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Task Management: Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a corporate or executive environment is a plus.
