Job Description of F & A Assistant Manager / Manager

• Accounting: Overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting
• Compliance: Ensuring statutory compliance, such as timely payment of taxes and filing of returns
• Auditing: Assisting with tax audits and assessments, and closing of audits
• Financial reporting: Preparing monthly and quarterly financial results for management review
• Policies and procedures: Ensuring adherence to the company's financial and accounting policies and procedures

• Business planning: Managing annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Variance analysis: Conducting variance analysis of actuals to budget, and communicating results to head of departments
• Inventory Valuation
• Inter Company transactions verification and billing
• Standard v/s Actual GP
• Production Report & Yield PNPPL, Bisroll, PTPL
• Labour Report PNPPL, Bisroll, PTPL
• Stock Reconciliation
• Ensuring production and consumption entries are accurately done and within prescribed time
• Online MIS PTPL
• Fixed Cost
• Other jobs on need basis
• Accounts are upto date all entries are done and accurate
• Subsidy work
• Loan work
• BRC / BOE closure
• To focus on problem area and get things completed
• Ensure team is working efficiently
• Preparing P&L
• Cost center management and entries
• GST subsidy working
• Calculating Provision amount
• Co-ordinating with CA and other outside agencies for work

1. Qualification

• B.com, CMA inter.CA, CIMA
• 5-8 years in MIS in accounts and costing of manufacturing company.
• Must have knowledge of Advance Excel
• Knowledge of ERP system
• Ability to communicate in English. Role & responsibilities
