We require an e-commerce manager for an FMCG company who is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of online sales and marketing initiatives. They manage the e-commerce platform, website, and digital marketing channels. They also analyze data and customer feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop strategy: Create and implement an e-commerce strategy to improve website performance and achieve sales goals
Manage website: Oversee the e-commerce platform, including website design, navigation, and functionality
Manage marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
Analyze data: Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to improve performance
Manage content: Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages
Manage customer service: Address and resolve customer issues or comments
Manage inventory: Manage inventory levels
Manage campaigns: Manage promotional campaigns, including campaign planning, margin negotiations, and collections
Report on performance: Report on metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and offer code performance
Skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools
Familiarity with online marketing tools
Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leaderRole & responsibilities
