Role Overview.

Were seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support our marketing team with data-driven insights, reporting, and data enrichment.

In this role, youll be responsible for generating actionable insights, maintaining data accuracy, and providing detailed analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:.

Business Analysis & Reporting:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to analyze marketing performance and ROI, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.

Data Management & Enrichment:Oversee data hygiene and enrichment processes, ensuring data quality and completeness for effective targeting and segmentation.

Excel & Data Analysis:Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, fuzzy lookup, complex formulas) to slice and dice data, uncover key insights, and suggest actionable initiatives..

Insight Generation:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization, contributing ideas for strategic marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs, enhance workflows, and enable informed decisions.

Process Optimization:Identify and implement improvements in data processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Qualifications:.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business analysis, data management, or a similar role.

Proficient in Excel with advanced skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).

Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable insights.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, and Power BI) is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
