Admin and Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

Admin Functions:

• Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence and maintaining records.
• Manage office supplies, facility maintenance and liaise with service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle travel arrangements, manage expense reports and oversee vendor services for administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and suggest improvements for workflows.

Purchase Functions:

• Source and procure laboratory equipments, chemicals and general office supplies as per requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain procurement budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify procurement needs and plan purchases accordingly.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
