Job Description:
Roles Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential vendors for procurement.
Compare and evaluate supplier offers to select the most suitable options.
Negotiate contract terms, agreements, and pricing with suppliers.
Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Review the quality of purchased products to meet organizational standards.
Enter order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into internal databases.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery schedules, and invoices.
Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses, to aid decision-making.
Monitor stock levels and place orders proactively to avoid shortages.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory management.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
Manage procurement of fabrication materials such as nozzles, skids, plates, pipes, fittings, channels, angles, round bars, circles, instruments, and dished components.
