Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and construction documents for residential projects using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from conceptualization to completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates of materials required for construction based on design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress of ongoing projects and provide necessary guidance to contractors.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex design problems while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp; Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop; Microsoft Office applications like Word & Excel.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations applicable to India.
