Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of PBS INDIA, you will support the Business Development and Marketing teams in interfacing with prospective Aerospace and defense industries, and We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be creative and experienced in various platforms, including social media, and other marketing campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with the organization functional team to ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Market Research: Conduct research to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Event Planning: Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team with the PBS entities, sales department, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Collaborate with Finance team in procurement for marketing event.
Brand Management: Effectively showcase the PBS brand and comply to corporate marketing policies.
Work Experience Requirement:
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often required. A masters degree would be advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is beneficial. Entry-level positions may require internships or relevant coursework
5 -10 years of experience in Marketing domain and have work experience in Aero Space and Defence Industry.
