Role & responsibilities

• Internal co-ordination with respect to various information required by bankers / rating agencies etc.
• Preparations of banking proposal for various sanction / post sanction requirements for onward submission to lenders.
• Co-ordination with various lenders for submission of various required information on time.
• Preparations of projections / CMA / ratio analysis etc. for various purposes.
• Proactively approaching for renewal / revival / extension of various banking lines to the company.
• Exploring new and innovative ways of funding so as to reduce cost with extended tenure.
• Preparation of various MIS as required by the management.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of fund with reference to ALM policy of the company and regulator.
• Facilitating for various audits of the organization.
• Such other areas as may be prescribed.
