Roles Responsibilities
The Human Resource Head will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities, for the Human Resource (HR) Admin department, ensuring legal compliance, managing budget, industrial relations and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy across all business units for all employees and workers. The Head HR should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
