Core Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

• Identify and attract skilled IT professionals through diverse sourcing strategies, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and innovative recruitment techniques.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in engaging with Implementation Partners and System Integrators.

Screening & Evaluation:

• Conduct preliminary interviews and technical assessments to assess candidates expertise, experience, and cultural alignment with client organizations.

Client Collaboration:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring objectives, providing strategic insights and tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Submission:

• Curate and present well-vetted candidates to clients, emphasizing their strengths and potential contributions.

Offer Management:

• Mediate job offer discussions, ensuring smooth negotiations on compensation and employment terms between clients and candidates.

Relationship Management:

• Foster strong connections with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement and successful placements.

Market Intelligence:

• Keep abreast of industry developments, salary trends, and technological advancements to provide clients and candidates with informed guidance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 2-7 years of IT recruitment experience spanning PAN-India hiring.
• Strong knowledge of IT job roles, industry standards, and evolving technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
