Role & responsibilities
1.Set & Meet sales targets and objectives for the region and the country.
2.Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and the country.
3.Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
4.Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
5.Develop sales plans for the month, quarter and Year.
6.Identify and develop new markets.
7.Strengthen and expand the distribution network.
8.Develop the product Mix.
9.Manage the sales calendar for promotions, launches & campaigns.
10.Train, develop, & monitor sales & distribution personnel.
11.Establish CRM tools & systems.
12.Cost optimization, Market intelligence, and Review of ISO related documents.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate who are from Aluminium Industry can apply for this post.
1.Candidate must have 15 years plus Aluminum industry Knowledge in sales & Marketing.
2.Candidate must be graduate & MBA in any stream & having more than 15 years of industry exposer with 5 years on senior position.
3.Candidate must be able to handle at least team of 10 people & ready to achieve industry targets.
