Role Overview:
The Commercial Sales Head is responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from sourcing to closing, while ensuring business growth and revenue targets are met. This role also involves team development, strategic planning and leasing portfolio management.

• Develop, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

• Identify new market opportunities to expand business growth.

• Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

• Optimize pricing strategies, contracts, and sales negotiations for profitability.

• Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports.

• Handle leasing portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy.

• Present sales reports to upper management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
