- Set performance targets and monitor team effectiveness.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Guide marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engage partners.
- Oversee unique social media strategies incorporating SEO and content marketing.
- Processing Operations:
- Supervise student application processing and support for channel partners.
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting and manage commission structures.
- Human Resources (HR):
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Stakeholder & Partner Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, channel partners, and investors.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance reputation and networking.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly review departmental performance and provide improvement guidance.
- Report progress to the Board of Directors on business goals.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Goals for Business Growth & Profitability:
- Revenue Growth:Achieve targeted year-on-year revenue growth through B2B network expansion and high-value contracts.
- Channel Partner Expansion:Increase active channel partners by a targeted percentage within the first year.
- Operational Efficiency:Streamline operations to reduce processing times and increase application conversion rates.
- Profit Margins:Improve margins by optimizing costs and ensuring departmental budgets are met.
- Market Position:Strengthen brand visibility and maintain a leading position in the overseas education consultancy sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably as a COO in the education consultancy or related industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- In-depth understanding of B2B networks, channel partner management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
