Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, streamline communications, and ensure the smooth execution of executive priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team.
  1. Coordination and Liaison:
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-ups to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  1. Project Management:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects.
  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making.
  1. Operational Efficiency:
  • Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks.
  1. Confidentiality and Discretion:
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

    Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  7. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project management or strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with technology tools like task management apps (Asana, Trello) and CRM software.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
