- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for ServiceNow solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and modules within the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure ServiceNow instances to support business processes and requirements.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.

- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

- Participate in the testing and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.

- Train end-users on how to use ServiceNow applications and features effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
