- Looking overall compliance as applicable to IRDAI Insurance Broker including preparation and filling retunes. (Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly/POS-Half Yearly Return)
- Monitor company compliance with regulations (Intimation Of Branch opening/Closing also newspaper advertise for shifting branch, BQP update/License Renewal/ISNP Audit/Cyber Security Audit)
- Coordinate, prepare and review regulatory requirement(Circular/New Regulation Changes)
- Follow-up with IRDA for compliance-related issue as and when needed.
- Prepare and Maintain Premium Register
- POS Intimation, Deactivation and update in system-POS Portal
- Maintain a file of BQP and Branch - singing authority
- Arrange Training and Exam (NIA)-BQP
- Exam and training registration (Fresh Renewal) Related follow up
- Maintain Exam and Training Certificate of BQP
- BQP Code Creation from the Insurer
- Vetting and executing the Agreement and related documents of the Insurer
- Desired Profile: Candidate should have experience in Compliance Insurance.
