Compliance Officer and Director Compliance

The role involves being updated on all compliance-related requirements. The role is responsible for SEBI Compliance and any other Compliance including IT/Cyber Security.

Core Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include:

• Ensure that all compliance requirements/circulars are regularly tracked.
• Seek empaneled third-party opinion and translate it to a policy/working document as per organization needs.
• Implement the required processes, either directly or working collaboratively through other teams.
• Ongoing monitoring of compliance, highlight deviations and ensure timely corrective measures are taken by concerned Managers.
• Handle audit observations and will be supported by empaneled third-party experts.
• Timely reporting to Board.

• CS (preferable): in addition to CA.
• Preferably about 1-5 years of Compliance experience in the BFSI domain.
• Exposure to PMS, AIF will be an added advantage.
• Has worked in producing quantifiable results in a fast-growing, performance-oriented, team environment.
