PRP is in the Capital Markets space for a while with a Cat 1 - Merchant Banking license.

Job Summary:

Working experience in Financial Services, along with the execution of ECM and DCM transactions, Mutual Fund, and client servicing with Treasury Solutions with compliance support. Support the backend operations for all advisory and debt capital market.

Key Responsibilities: As Executive Operations (Fresher)

• Gain knowledge about Debt Capital Market, bonds, etc.
• Understand interest calculation, Holding Period Return, Yield, XIRR working, etc.
• Trade dealing in primary and secondary market along with proper documentation.
• Learn about various reporting and settlement portals like CBRICS, ICDM, BSE-EBP and NSE-EBP.
• Excel related reports like MIS of Daily transactions, Monthly Reconciliation, etc.
• Learn about software like ICRA MFI Explorer (ICRA), Capitaline, etc.
• Should be self-motivated and able to effectively manage deadlines, consistently deliver on commitments, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
• Your excellent multitasking, analytical and problem-solving skills, superb people skills, effective stakeholder management, and a keen eye for detail is what enable you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Must have good communication skills
• Must knowledge or work experience in mutual funds/stock brooking/insurance/financial services industry preferred
• Must know MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Applications, and Email usage very well
• Preferable certifications Series V-A, X-A & X-B
