Job Description

The ability to carry out a targeted talent research strategy, map role criteria, define job descriptions, and track, identify and close prospective candidates by using a variety of channels.

A deep passion for startups, superb verbal and written communicator and a relentless networker with excellent interpersonal skills.

A thorough understanding of sourcing and hiring product, design and technology leaders that are an excellent fit for Proximity.

The ability to speak knowledgeably about Proximity and answer any questions potential hires may have.

To be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

To have extensively hired and built tech, product, and design teams outside India, especially in the USA and Europe regions.

The ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders via written documentation, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
