- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- UI Standards: Develop and maintain UI design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all ServiceNow portals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Education: bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on portal development, preferably within the ServiceNow platform.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Certification in UX/UI design or related fields.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
