The India center will have focused efforts around healthcare technology and innovation, and play a vital role in driving digital transformation of health systems for improved patient outcomes and experiences, caregiver efficiency, and running the business of Providence at scale.
Demonstrated knowledge of data engineering and analytics concepts such as data warehousing, data marts, report
modeling, visualizations, and all aspects of data preparation for consumption by downstream self-service and end user
report publishing platforms at a scale that is commensurate with the job level (Required).
Provide input and expertise to new product ideas and articulate IS/HI intake processes at a scale that is commensurate
with the job level (Required)
Understand, assess, and articulate business and functional requirements and their impacts and relationships to data
functions, platforms and practices at a scale that is commensurate with the job level (Required)
Design and build technical data solutions (technologies, processes, practices, frameworks) that meet business needs, at a
scale that is commensurate with the job level (Required)
Conduct data impact assessment, root cause analysis and provide ongoing data analysis support to business stakeholders at
a scale that is commensurate with the job level (Required)
Articulate technical concepts, principles, and solutions to non-technical business stakeholders, and conduct knowledge
transfer, walkthroughs and demos at a scale that is commensurate with the job level (Required)
Lead or participate the implementation of a data solution, process or practice at scale that is commensurate with the job
level (Required)
Possess a working knowledge of statistical models and principles, and have a proficiency in using statistical tools at a scale
that is commensurate with the job level (Preferred)
Possess a working knowledge of one or more PSJH-relevant data domains, e.g., clinical, financial, etc (Preferred)
