IT infra-Associate Asset Management

1. Asset Management:

• Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Track and manage inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring proper documentation and up-to-date records in the asset management system.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and deployment of IT equipment and software.
• Assist with audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

2. Support:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
• Support software upgrades, patches, and security updates.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of asset inventory, including hardware and software configurations.
• Generate regular reports on asset status, usage, and lifecycle for management review.
• Create and update user manuals, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies, including licensing agreements, warranty tracking, and data security standards.
• Work closely with the security team to ensure that all IT assets are secure, with proper access controls, encryption, and updates applied.

5. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations and asset deployment.
• Assist in project management tasks related to IT infrastructure upgrades or deployments.
