Role & responsibilities

Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the US customers.
Scheduling the payments with the debtors.
Knowledge of FDCPA and state Laws.
Updating data with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication
Experience- 0.6 - 10yrs Relevant experience for US Debt Collection
Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.
