QA Automation Testing Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Test Engineer to join our

team. As a QA Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of

our SaaS products through comprehensive automation testing. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams to identify potential issues, improve test strategies, and contribute to the

overall success of our products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for functional, regression, and

performance testing.

• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects using bug-tracking

tools.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests for continuous testing.
• Monitor and report on test automation results during deployments.
• Perform manual testing as needed to support automation efforts.
• Ensure the highest product quality level by implementing best test automation practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create

comprehensive test strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA automation tools and methodologies to enhance

testing efficiency.

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in automated testing, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience

in Cypress.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for writing Cypress scripts.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test cases into build processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to SaaS products and cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to API testing and tools like Postman or similar.
