Content Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist who can lead our content initiatives and drive strategic growth for our B2B SaaS offerings. As a Content Strategist, youll be the prime custodian in shaping content guidelines and strategy for brand marketing & lead generation activities, events, customer onboarding, support, and all other content-related avenues. You will manage a team of content creators and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, impactful content. This is a full-time role based in Pune, Maharashtra.

Eligibility:

• 4+ years of experience in content-oriented roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B companies.
• Bachelors degree or advanced degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or applicable field is preferred.
• Proficiency in SEO writing, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the users journey and create content that is consistent, understandable, actionable, and engaging across all touchpoints.
• Create a robust content strategy for our digital and offline channels, products and services, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed.
• Develop compelling and innovative content for various platforms, including but not limited to webpages, marketing assets, sales collaterals, emailers, blogs, e-books/digital guides, video scripts, infographics, case studies, and social media.
• Creating SEO-optimized content for various platforms including blogs, social media, and website.
• Repurpose existing content to extend its reach and relevance across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Manage a team of content creators, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all formats.
• Track and analyze content performance through key metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation, etc.) & use insights to optimize content strategy and execution.
• Manage brand mentions and PR campaigns to boost online authority.
• Interact with followers/reviewers/subscribers and foster community growth.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and customer challenges.
