Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Protoezy Designs. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth in the rapidly evolving Electronics industry. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a strong understanding of sales processes and a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly in the UAV/drone sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including targeting new sectors (e.g., agriculture, defence, logistics) and geographic markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients through outreach and networking, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our drone products and services, including their applications in various industries, to effectively communicate benefits and unique selling points.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant organizations to enhance market penetration and expand business reach.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market data to refine business strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field; experience in the drone or technology industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of UAV/drone technology and its applications across various industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
