Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Graduate or Post Graduate with good communication skill & having strong hands on experience in Accounts receivable process.

Job Summary :

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collection, and compliance with organizational policies. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients in the Middle East region to maintain positive relationships and support financial stability

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Receivable management :

• Generate, verify, and send accurate invoices to clients.
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger.
• Monitor and ensure timely receipt of payments from clients.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Payment Follow-ups

• Proactively communicate with clients for overdue invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Address client queries related to invoicing and payments.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving collections and reducing payment delays.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare periodic accounts receivable aging reports.
• Provide status updates on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Analyze payment patterns to identify trends and potential risks.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, payment records, and client communications.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth processing of invoices and collections.
• Coordinate with the client services team to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
