Job Title: Customer Success Intern
Location: Jaipur
Stipend: 12000
Upon successfully finishing your internship, the company will make an offer for full-time
employment, accompanied by a 1-year bond. This means that by accepting the full-time role,
you commit to working with the company for at least one year. Should you choose to leave
before the bond period ends, you may be required to repay certain costs or face other
consequences as outlined in the agreement.
Full-Time Employment : 2.16 LPA- 3.36 LPA (Annually)
Duration: 3 Months
What Youll Do:
● Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring they get the most out of our
platform.
● Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries and
resolve issues.
● Help track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, training, and support processes.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in client-facing roles.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
● Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
engage with customers and team members.
● Attention to Detail: Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
● Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
● Attitude: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to contributing to a
collaborative team environment.
