Job Role Description:

The Front Desk Executive at Prosper Overseas plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, visitors, and staff. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The Front Desk Executive will oversee all front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, offering assistance and guidance as needed to ensure a positive experience.
2. Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate team members and providing accurate information.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, reflecting the professionalism and values of Prosper Overseas.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and coordinating courier services.
5. Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations, efficiently managing calendars and ensuring timely communication with clients and staff.
6. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and address inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
7. Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
8. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
9. Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and staff, effectively conveying messages and ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
10. Support special projects and events as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success.
