Junior Counselors

Role & responsibilities

As a junior counselor for Overseas Education, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and guiding them through the process of pursuing education abroad. Your role will involve providing information about various educational institutions, courses, application processes, and scholarships, as well as addressing any queries or concerns the students may have.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

• Initiate calls to potential students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
• Explain the benefits of studying in different countries and institutions.
• Information Dissemination:
  
• Provide detailed information about various overseas education programs, including course content, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Share information about scholarships, financial aid, and visa processes.
• Lead Management:
  
• Identify and qualify leads based on their interest and suitability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Customer Service:
  
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Offer guidance and support throughout the application process.
• Follow-Ups:
  
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and provide additional information as required.
• Remind potential students of application deadlines and required documents.
• Reporting:
  
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call metrics, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
