Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end development and a strong grasp of responsive design technologies. This role involves creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites and web applications that reflect our brand and cater to the needs of students seeking overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing websites and web pages aligned with Prosper Overseas' brand and marketing goals.

- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using *HTML5, **CSS3, and **JavaScript*.

- Optimize web design for *mobile, tablet, and desktop* platforms (responsive design).

- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and backend developers to align website goals and ensure seamless functionality.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and high SEO standards.

- Regularly update and improve the website layout based on feedback and analytics.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot design-related issues.

- Maintain and enhance the usability, accessibility, and interactivity of web pages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- *Proven experience* as a Web Designer or Front-End Developer (Portfolio required).

- Proficiency in *HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design technologies*.

- Experience with *Bootstrap* or other front-end frameworks.

- Knowledge of *SEO best practices* and web performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with *UI/UX design tools* (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Understanding of *content management systems* (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

- Ability to *work independently* and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on *education, consultancy, or service-oriented websites*.
