Job Description:

Dsoft Infotech is hiring a well-groomed, talented, and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our needs and requirements.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging and responsive websites.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translating requirements into design solutions.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts.
• Developing custom graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
• Ensuring website design is optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
• Testing website functionality across various browsers and devices.
• Maintaining and updating existing websites as needed.
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years work experience as a web designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript etc.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Good knowledge regarding UI & UX design.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree OR certificate in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
