Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? It is safe. If you work according to their criteria no need to worry about job stability. Small company, and as a development staff it has around 15 developers max. Managers, Hr, CEO directly talk with you. You can represent your thoughts, and they are executed also. Alternative Saturday off.
