Associate Director & Partner - Oracle Integration Cloud

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Partner to lead Oracle Cloud technology consulting initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and PaaS, with expertise in ERP modules, specifically in Finance or HCM domains. This role involves leading consulting engagements, designing and delivering robust Oracle solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting and Leadership:
• Lead Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and PaaS engagements for ERP (Finance/HCM) implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide innovative Oracle solutions.
• Mentor and guide technical and functional teams, ensuring project success and knowledge transfer.

2. Solution Design and Delivery:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud and VBCS.
• Oversee application design, development, and deployment using Oracle PaaS technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing ERP modules (Finance/HCM)

3. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Oracle ERP solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption and solution understanding.

4. Technical Expertise and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and leverage them to improve client offerings.
• Provide expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of Oracle cloud applications.
• Collaborate with Oracle product teams to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

1. Technical Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, and PaaS solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, particularly Finance or HCM.

2. Functional Knowledge:

• Expertise in Finance processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable) or HCM processes (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to map them to Oracle solutions.

3. Leadership and Management:

• Proven experience leading teams in complex Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight timelines.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in remote and hybrid team environments.

5. Additional Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications in relevant areas (OIC, ERP Finance, or HCM) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
