Job Description
- Converting prospects into customers by showing appropriate residential properties to the prospects, so that it matches the investment requirement of the prospects
- Using leads generated by Sourcing Team for the above as we'll as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc).
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, coordinating with Developer or with our in-house Relations Team for any clarification required for the same.
- Ensuring that prospects and customers, both are satisfied with our services
- Providing after-sales services
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess customers needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features
- Understanding the need of the clients and with proper coordination to close the sale.
- Discuss products offered and available alternatives, including creative financing options
- Providing after-sales services (helping the customer with Application & KYC, documentation, payment collection, Agreement execution etc) and assisting customers in acquiring Home Loans
- Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
- Ensure proper coordination with Sourcing Team
- Establish trust relationships with customers
- Attend and participate in sales meetings
