Job Description :

The role involves hands-on full-stack development, driving the architecture and design of scalable software solutions, and ensuring best practices across all development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, with proven leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Technical Skills :

Full-Stack Development :

- Proven hands-on experience in full-stack development using technologies like Node.js, React, and PHP-related frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, and CodeIgniter.

- Strong understanding of database management, particularly MySQL.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend technologies like Node.js, Python, and PHP.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.

PHP Frameworks :

- Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.

Version Control and DevOps :

- Experience in implementing and managing version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

- Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines and adopting DevOps practices to streamline software development workflows.

HRMS Knowledge :

- Expertise in HRMS is preferable.

Project Management :

- Experience in resource allocation, budgeting, and project planning to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps, project timelines, and deliverables.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and direction on full-stack development projects.
