About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a specialization in Software Development and IT Software. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects, focusing on requirements gathering, grooming, and documentation in Azure DevOps (ADO). This role serves as the functional bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Document requirements in Azure DevOps, ensuring clarity and completeness.

- Conduct grooming sessions to refine and prioritize requirements.

2. Functional Bridge :

- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

3. Project Management :

- Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects.

- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, grooming, and documentation.

- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
