Financial Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing candidate to help us meet our AIF/PMS fund raising/ Coverage objectives by engaging with distribution fraternity i.e. IFA/ND/Banking channel. This role entails to plan and implement the distribution strategy by empanelment and onboarding of new distributors for our AIF/PMS products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coverage Meeting distribution fraternity in micro markets and creating brand visibility
• Product Empanelment
• Onboarding and product launch
• Training and mentorship of distributor team
• Client meetings with distribution partners
• Documentation and closure
• Build the companys distribution initiatives and relationships with key distributors
• Engage in increasing market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment.
• Take calls with distributors in a competitive market and assist them in documentation.
• Channelize key market intelligence to the products & investment team.
• Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributors visits, con-calls, etc.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.
• Follow applicable regulatory requirements.
• To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities

Criteria

• Experience: 4 5 years or 8-10 years (Cohead or AVP)
• Understands distribution landscape well.

Experience: 4 - 5 years / 8 – 15 years. (experience in mutual fund/wealth management companies)

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, & Gurgaon /NCR and Kolkata (Bangalore team will cover Chennai and Hyderabad initially)

CTC : Range : 8 L pa - 25 L pa
