Job Title: Data Analyst

Education: Graduates from IIT, BITS, or NIIT preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation.

- Utilize Python for automation, data modeling, and predictive analysis.

- Build insightful dashboards and reports using Excel and visualization tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-backed solutions.

- Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to improve business performance.

Key Requirements:

- 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in data analysis.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and database management.

- Advanced Python skills for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.

- Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization).

- Sharp analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly
