QUALIFICATIONS
● Must have At least 7 years of experience in Sales in an IT Staffing sales role or company.
● Track record of success as a hunter prospect and interact with new potential clients across
the country to present the value of SocioSquares IT Staffing solutions.
● Develop and execute sales strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion
for your clients
● Become an expert in all SocioSquares solutions, and systems
● Manage clients to build a trusted advisor relationship
● Success in selling in a highly competitive environment achieving and exceeding sales
objectives
● Be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and nimble to adapt to customers with
ever-evolving needs by providing innovative solutions
● Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot/Zoho/Streak) is required.
● A competitive base compensation, commission, and benefits package are offered with this
position.

● Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
● Sales Experience: 7 years (Required)
● IT Staffing: 5 years (Required
