Job Description

  • As one of the leaders of the business development team, build the companys IT Staffing services and manage key customers you bring in.
  • This hunter-farmer-coach role is focused on building and managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into customers. Working closely with the Marketing Demand Generation team, and servicing teams to achieve/exceed new client and revenue quota objectives.
  • Responsible for leading the sales processes, and sales team, and enhancing sales policies and procedures to continue to build efficiencies in driving revenue to the next level.

    (Familiarity with Hubspot and Zoho CRM would be useful).
    ● Good Judgment. You’ve had experience with startups and you understand what is great
    quality work.

● Digital Pro. You understand the digital marketing marketplace as it pertains to small
businesses.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must have At least 7 years of experience in Sales in an IT Staffing sales role or company.
● Track record of success as a hunter prospect and interact with new potential clients across
the country to present the value of SocioSquares IT Staffing solutions.
● Develop and execute sales strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion
for your clients
● Become an expert in all SocioSquares solutions, and systems
● Manage clients to build a trusted advisor relationship
● Success in selling in a highly competitive environment achieving and exceeding sales
objectives
● Be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and nimble to adapt to customers with
ever-evolving needs by providing innovative solutions
● Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot/Zoho/Streak) is required.
● A competitive base compensation, commission, and benefits package are offered with this
position.
