About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our product team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly designs for our SCM, EAM, and other related solutions, empowering workers in the field with seamless access to critical information and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant and effective user interfaces.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.

- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and tablet applications.

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to best practices for mobile UX and UI design.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Qualifications :

1) 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong focus on mobile and tablet applications.

2) A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of creating successful mobile experiences.

3) Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.

4) Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

5) Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and design patterns.

6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points :

Experience designing for enterprise or B2B applications.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences.
