Job Description
- End-to-End Recruitment : Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for sales positions within the real estate sector, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Sourcing Strategy : Utilize multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, real estate networking events, and referrals, to attract top sales talent.
- Sales Talent Pool Development : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future real estate sales roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs for sales roles and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit, leading the interview process for mid to senior-level sales positions.
- Candidate Engagement : Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management : Negotiate and present competitive job offers to selected candidates.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to refine hiring strategies.
- Reporting : Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and provide updates to senior management.
