- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Implement and monitor project workflows to achieve milestones within the allocated timeline and budget.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to align project goals and requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Risk and Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency measures.
- Implement quality control standards and perform site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and best practices in powerhouse equipment installation and maintenance.
- Budget and Cost Control
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and manage expenditures to stay within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, assigning tasks and managing performance to achieve project objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, change orders, and final reports.
- Regularly report on project status, including KPIs, budget updates, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.
