Key Responsibilities:

• • PMO, ensuring successful implementation of project management strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams throughout project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Establish and maintain a portfolio management system aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and report project performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage resources effectively, including capacity planning and allocation.
  • Foster continuous improvement within the PMO, implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project communication and alignment.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to PMO staff for professional growth.
  • Plan, execute, control, and close projects independently.
