About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven MBA graduate to join our growing Software Company in Trichy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and contributing to the companys revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fresher to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of software sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers through effective communication and presentations.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to showcase our software solutions.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements- MBA degree from a reputed university (Freshers only)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in software sales (desirable but not mandatory)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
