Roles and Responsibilities :

Sales Responsibilities :

1. Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
   
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
   
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
   
4. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
   
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
   
6. Generate and maintain sales reports, activity logs, and pipeline status updates.
   

Service Responsibilities :

1. Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of products at customer locations.
   
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer.
   
3. Educate customers on the proper use, handling, and upkeep of the equipment.
   
4. Conduct preventive maintenance and provide post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
   
5. Coordinate with the technical team to address complex service requirements.
   
6. Maintain accurate service records, including details of issues resolved and follow-up actions.
   

Requirements

Key Skills and Requirements :
