Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, etc., to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the bank.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Customer Engagement
- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and pitch banking solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the customer onboarding process.
- Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities and report to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans.
- Support team members in achieving collective goals and targets.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills
- Education : Bachelordegree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Experience : Freshers are welcome. Prior internships or experience in sales will be an added advantage.
- Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
