Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Lead Generation for the real estate industry, you will drive and optimize lead generation efforts across various digital platforms, mainly google and also including other platform like social media and other. You will oversee content and campaigns to ensure they effectively generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and optimize lead generation efforts on Google and social media platforms for real estate projects.
Supervise and monitor content related to lead generation.
Review and provide feedback on content to ensure quality and effectiveness in generating real estate leads.
Manage team members, including copywriters and content creators, offering guidance and direction.
Audit and analyze the company's digital presence and lead generation efforts in the real estate market.
Utilize skills in Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, media planning, Google Analytics, Google Editor, campaign optimization, and campaign monitoring.
Strategically reduce cost per lead (CPL) through effective planning and execution.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, and media planning for lead generation in real estate.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Editor.
Good experience in handling more than 10 to 15 lakhs monthly with 70% amount spent in google.
Experience in campaign optimization and monitoring with a focus on lead generation.
Ability to reduce CPL through effective strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and auditing skills focused on lead generation metrics.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience managing digital marketing teams focused on lead generation in the real estate industry.
